The Project Coordinator will be part of a team within global Integrated Assurance Office responsible for project governance support services provided to internal as well external clients. The key responsibility will be coordinating project governance processes through data checks and updates, stakeholder deliverables’ monitoring and maintenance of project data.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting Global Account Team in day-to-day project-related activities (admin and process support with 25%-50% reporting)
• Creating and updating projects in Client’s project management tool
• Maintenance and oversight of project documentation workspace
• Requesting Order Numbers creation for projects
• Monitoring and assessing the quality of project Papers submitted for approval
• Actively participating in project oversight processes in close cooperation with the Client
• Supporting production of Global Projects Oversight Meeting (GPOM) Reports
• Contacting internal and external stakeholders to assure timely input delivery
• Assuring that input data meets agreed quality standards and addressing potential risks
• Project Cost Report checks
• Addressing data quality issues highlighted by data analysts
• Creating process documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of data analysis/admin experience in a complex, multinational environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with high Excel skills
• Very good communication skills with fluent level of English and Polish
• Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met, delivering a high-quality service
• Flexibility in approach and ability to adopt to dynamically changing business environment
• Good team player
• Good analytical skills (understanding data, delivering multi-aspect analysis)
• Strong customer care skills.
