Description We are offering a short-term contract opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Poulsbo, Washington. This role will require you to handle various accounting tasks, including the maintenance of accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records for accuracy and completeness

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Identify and rectify discrepancies in financial entries and reports

• Manage billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing

• Handle cash posting and make necessary deposits

• Utilize accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping

• Continuously assess and improve accounting processes for efficiency and effectiveness

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all financial operations are running smoothly Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiar with ADP - Financial Services

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suites

• Ability to use Microsoft Outlook effectively

• Capable of performing a variety of Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in Bank Reconciliations

• Skilled in performing Billing Functions
