ISC Production Supervisor - Night Shift

This is a night shift rotating shift as follows:

wk1: 7p-7a Mon Tue / Off Wed Thu / 7p-7a Fri Sat Sun

wk2: Off Mon Tue / 7p-7a Wed Thu / Off Fri Sat Sun

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supervising the production team at our Pottsville, PA location within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will be accountable for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your strong guiding and communication skills will be essential in motivating and developing the production team to achieve operational excellence.

You will report directly to our ISC Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Pottsville, PA location on site.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving operational efficiency, ensuring on-time delivery of products, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide and supervise the production team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards

  • Develop and implement production schedules and ensure efficient utilization of resources

  • Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste

  • Work with cross-functional teams to address production issues and implement corrective actions

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production area

  • Lead and mentor team members to enhance their skills, improve performance and foster a collaborative environment that drives successful outcomes

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

  • 1+ years’ experience leading a team

  • Experience in MS Excel with ability to analyze data and make data-driven choices

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field

  • Experience in a supervisory or guiding role

  • Lean Six Sigma certification

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

  • Knowledge of production processes and quality standards

  • Strong guiding and communication skills
