ManpowerGroup Warehouse Associate in Portsmouth, Virginia

Our client, a leader in heavy industrial operations, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Portsmouth, VA

Pay Range: $16 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Count, sort, and record large, heavy-weight stock.

  • Perform warehouse operations on the receiving dock.

  • Pick and pack orders accurately.

  • Assist with dock processing as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 45 lbs.

  • Willingness to stand and crouch for extended periods.

  • Reliable transportation to work and availability for occasional overtime.
