The Material Handler II is responsible for specialized tasks in manufacturing to assure that production lines have an adequate supply of components and work cell uptime is maximized.

Location: Portsmouth, NH

What you will be doing:

  • Wrap and stage finished good pallets in warehouse.

  • Provide components to each work center along route.

  • Remove cardboard / trash from work centers each shift.

  • Fill hoppers with caps and jars, when necessary and available.

  • Assist team in line clearance activities, when necessary and available.

  • Experience operating forklift, pallet mover, and/or order processor/selector.

  • Ability to wear fall protection, as needed, and comply with fall protection standards.

  • Responsible for 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) related to keeping a clean and safe work environment.

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as documented and trained.

  • Will perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    Skills you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to lift, push and/or pull, up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write (legibly) in the English language.

  • Must have basic computer skills.

  • Ability to be respirator trained.

  • Ability to clearly document required information.

  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as documented and trained.

  • Experience with working in chemical manufacturing, preferred.
