About the Job
Develop and Implement Strategies : Create and execute channel and customer strategies aligned with growth objectives.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships, solve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
Market Expansion : Explore and develop new distribution accounts and manage telesales for unvisited pharmacies.
Financial and Brand Objectives : Negotiate profitable business plans and deliver financial targets and brand results.
Data Analysis and Adjustment : Monitor and analyze customer performance, adjust strategies, and provide accurate forecasts.
Promotional and Budget Management : Manage promotional spend, ensure efficient budget allocation, and conduct ROI analysis.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external teams, share insights, and ensure compliance with company policies.
About you
Experience: Proven experience in driving growth on wholesalers and Top Accounts (pharmacy groups & islands) and as well managing remote sales and developing sales strategies. Knowledge of the pharmacy and wholesaler channel is a plus.
Soft and Technical Skills: Ability to segment markets and analyze data to identify growth opportunities; Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Languages: English is a must
