Job Description
Payroll Processing (75%)
Huddle Board updates and oversight/archiving of Payroll tasks required to complete each payroll period.
Tracking and processing On Demand checks and error ratio to normal payroll.
Review of payroll work products, such as payroll audits, journals, certifications, and other work completed by payroll team members.
Ensure accuracy of Executive compensation transactions.
Periodic participation in audits and preparing materials for internal and external auditors.
Preparation of payroll reasonability and completion of all payroll transactions.
Continuous Improvement (25%)
Interacts with internal representatives to resolve issues and ensure changes are clear.
Monitors processing issues and works with team to resolve issues and/or implement work arounds for interim use.
Assists with development of BOT’s/automations through report writing.
Develop ad-hoc testing scenarios and reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of high volume payroll experience - MUST have candidates with experience of 5000+ employee payroll processing
Multi state payroll processing experience
Strong with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience using ERP systems (Large ERP systems preferred)
Associate degree and FPC or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
