Description We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team on a contract, part-time basis, contributing to a wide range of marketing programs across multiple brands. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in marketing who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment. You’ll provide project and administrative support; help execute campaign deliverables and ongoing and upcoming marketing initiatives.

This is an onsite role with a flexible part-time schedule (15–20 hours per week), perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful impact!

• Provide administrative and project support across ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives

• Draft, proofread, and edit content for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and internal communications

• Support lead generation efforts, including campaign setup, reporting, and lead magnet creation

• Manage social media content creation and publishing in alignment with brand standards

• Coordinate marketing collateral, including trade show materials, merchandise, flyers, and digital presentations

• Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure timely printing, delivery, and fulfillment of promotional materials

• Support team coverage during key vacation windows and help maintain campaign schedules and deliverables

• Assist in the execution of Google Ads, Salesforce marketing automation, email marketing (SendGrid), and digital analytics tracking

• Help manage creative requests and brand assets for internal stakeholders and sales teams

• Provide logistical support for event marketing, signage, and advertising placements

• Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and attention to detail across all projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred (but not required)

• 2+ years of marketing experience with exposure to digital campaigns, content development, or project coordination

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Analytics, SendGrid, and social media management tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Understanding of basic marketing principles and eagerness to learn more
