Description
A reputable and established PERSONAL INJURY FIRM IN PORTLAND is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dedicated team. The firm is committed to providing exceptional legal representation to their clients who have suffered injuries due to negligence. In this role, you will play a vital role in all stages of a case, from intake to trial, working closely with attorneys to ensure the smooth and successful progression of our cases.
Duties include:
Conduct client interviews and gather critical information.
Draft and prepare settlement demands, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, etc.
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Review and summarize medical records.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel.
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 plus annual discretionary bonus. Benefits available with this position include 100% premiums paid MDV, participation in the company’s retirement plan with discretionary contribution (typically 10-15%), paid transportation pass, paid life insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.

Requirements
Ideal Candidates will have:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
