Providence Health Plan is calling a Manager Medicare Producer who will:
Be responsible for the sales growth of the Medicare Advantage producer sales channel in their assigned market(s)
Recruit new General Agencies/Producers to sell Medicare Advantage products
Develop relationships with assigned General Agencies/Producers to assist them in achieving their sales goals
Train and monitor agents
Provide needed support in areas such as contracting, certification, marketing and commissions
Assist local market management in strategy development
Please note the following important details regarding this position:
This posting is for multiple openings of a Manager Medicare Producer
This role will require for you to travel throughout an assigned territory on a weekly basis
The position that covers the Southern Oregon Territory will provide coverage in the following counties of Oregon State: Lane, Marion, Bend, Deschutes, Coos, Jackson
Work Week: Monday - Friday

Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
5+ years of Medicare health insurance sales experience
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience working with and establishing relationships with Medicare producers
Local market experience, including established producer relationships
