Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join our team in the healthcare industry, based in Portland, Oregon. This role involves performing ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and preparing for audits. The successful candidate will utilize tools such as Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel to deliver external financial reports and will play a significant role in shaping the financial strategies of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to provide insights into the organization's financial performance

• Prepare external financial reports using Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel

• Develop forecasting models to predict future financial trends

• Collaborate with other departments to establish and manage budgets

• Prepare for audits by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records

• Use financial data to assist in decision-making processes

• Ensure financial activities adhere to industry regulations and standards

• Collaborate with executives to develop strategic financial plans

• Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in financial analysis tools and techniques

Requirements • Must have a strong background in healthcare or NHS industry

• Proven experience in the role of a Financial Analyst is essential

• Proficient in creating External Financial Reports

• Capable of conducting Ad Hoc Financial Analysis as required

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct software is a must

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary

• Experience in Forecasting & Modeling financial trends

• Solid understanding of Budgeting procedures

• Comfortable with Audit Prep and related tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
