Insight Global Field Operations Director in Portland, Oregon

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Field Operations Director with 5+ years of experience leading multiple field service teams and projects, to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of our field operations in our Portland, Oregon office. This in-office role requires a self-driven individual with a strong foundation in organization and planning, capable of managing diverse field operations within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating all field activities, developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery, and ensuring adherence to company standards and industry regulations. You will cultivate a high-performing team by leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives, while also acting as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns and driving a culture of continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and performance analysis. Furthermore, you will manage a large team of contractors, conduct regular site visits, and provide both remote and on-site assistance, all while maintaining open communication with project teams and stakeholders. Total comp ranges from $130,000-$160,000.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in operations and field services

Experience in managing multiple, distributed teams

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to travel on a regular basis

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Experience in project management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. null
