WorkSource Oregon Development Manager - Non-Profit Fundraising in PORTLAND, Oregon

Reports to: Development Director Supervises: Development Coordinator Status: Full-Time, Exempt Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (34 hours/week) Location: 3961 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland Learn more about us and see the full job description at CommunityWarehouse.org The Development Manager will support the Development Director with Community Warehouse\'s fundraising efforts. The Development Manager will conduct the planning, implementation, and completion of campaigns, fundraising events, and donor stewardship efforts. They will identify and secure sponsorships, engage and grow Community Warehouse\'s monthly donor base, and oversee donor engagement while using community-centric practices to cultivate philanthropic relationships that will set up financial stability for the future. Responsibilities and Duties: Assist Director with creating annual plan and strategic fundraising goals Manage the identified fundraising activities to secure financial support Compile bimonthly reports for the Director to track progress towards achieving the plan. Manage and support the Development Coordinator Donor Cultivation and Stewardship: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors Plan, organize, and oversee fundraising events Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate partners for sponsorship Manage individual giving campaigns Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions. Analyze donor data to identify trends and track progress toward fundraising goals. Develop, document, and update database policies and procedures. Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect relevant data from donors and clients in a trauma-informed manner, and align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities. Preferred Skills and Experience: 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising and donor cultivation experience Experience in logistics of fundraising events and campaigns Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrable success in communicating with donors and community members Analytical, creative thinker, and problem-solver Ability to efficiently manage projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a sense of humor Experience with Raiser\'s Edge or other CRM Commitment to the mission and values of Community Warehouse Preferred but not required: degree in related field and/or certificate in fundraising
