Securitas Northern New England is hiring a Securitas Global Facilities Operations Center Shift Supervisor
Located in Westbrook, ME. the IDEXX World Headquarters is looking to hire a full time Shift Supervisor Security Officer that will be the face of Securitas. Our ideal candidate is someone personable, energetic, compassionate and customer service oriented.

Schedule / Shift : Sunday thru Thursday 10PM-8AM
Pay: $22.00/hr
Job duties:
Monitoring and facilitating all inbound requests via the Facilities Operations Center inbox. Including the appropriate sorting, retaining, and appropriate escalation of all received email requests and notifications in accordance with standard operating procedure.
Vetting contractors through required IDEXX EH&S safety training prior to on-site work being conducted.
Facilitating all contractor and visitor arrivals via SV3 Visitor Management System and SiPass Access Control proprietary applications.
Routine monitoring of the corporate access control system (SiPass) audit trail and legacy access control system (WinDSX) workstation for any potential breach of access or facilities issues. Facilitating employee requests for new/replacement, loaner, and temporary badges.
Ensuring the routine completion and auditing of Securitas Vision Tours, call box checks, PIV/DIV/IBV fire suppression system chcecks, and exterior light checks, by on-duty officers at Securitas staffed IDEXX facilities. Issuing subsequent Service Now work order requests for any Facilities related issues.
Maintaining the Daily Activity Report (DAR) with an accurate log of shift events and metrics.
Metrics to include hourly site check-ins, officer tour time stamps, badge activations/deactivations, approving authority requests, new and replacement badge generation by site, and additional incident information.
Facilitating all phone and radio security related inquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating as needed.
Generating incident reports via the Omnigo/Reportexec reporting software for all security and facility related issues.
Monitoring the ONYX fire panel activity and escalating alarms and notifications to IDEXX Facilities accordingly.
Maintaining an accurate log of inventoried and issued keys, equipment, and lost & found items.
Responsible for the training and implementing of Securitas and IDEXX procedural changes for on-shift security officers and receptionists via Talent ED, Workday, and APEXX training systems.
Maintaining and issuing an updated shift pass-down both verbally and via email notification.
Assisting with all IDEXX related Hospitality and Facilities event requests as needed.

Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean MVR
High level of professionalism
Walking/standing for long periods of time
Moderate - Strong computer skills needed
MUST have GED/HighSet or HS Diploma
At least 18 years old• Ability to complete all pre-hire requirements
