Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Hours: M-F 10:30a-7p EST

Must haves:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer navigation and typing proficiency

  • High School or GED preferred

  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and working in Salesforce

  • Must be able to multi-task and work off multiple screens daily and within multiple different systems

  • Must be adaptable! Stryker is constantly changing and improving processes and you must be open to learning new ways to do things

Job description:

  • This role is supporting the Depot business – you will handle the damaged items cases and set up replacements as well as help to coordinate the collection of the damaged product so that it can be repaired and put back into circulation. This team is the “phone team” but you will also work with email requests daily.

  • Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after the sale, supporting sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s), actively working with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.

  • Work with distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provide reports to management, with focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.

  • Pre-sale: Respond to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; influences production and shipping schedules; recommends price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognize new business opportunities.

  • Post-sale: Respond to customer inquiries (RMA, status, delivery, etc.) Resolve production scheduling and shipping or invoicing problems, determine validity of warranty claims and schedule repair resources; change production and shipping schedules, recognize add-on business opportunities.

  • This role will require the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Training:

  • One month, M-F 8a-4:30p EST

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
