Tradesmen International is currently hiring skilled Journeyman Pipefitters for projects located in and around Orange, TX . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $31-33/hour based on experience plus a $1/hour Shift Differential for night shift. We are also offering $80/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Perform Test to Ensure the Quality of the Pipe and the Piping Systems
Hoist Loads using Slings, Chains, Shackles, Hooks, Cables, and other Rigging Equipment
Prepare, Fabricate, Install, and Fit Pipe to Specifications
Install Valves, Hangers, Supports, Flanges inside Piping System according to Plans and Applicable Specifications
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 Years of Industrial Experience, anything less will Not be considered
Able to Read Blueprints and Specifications to Determine Scope of Work, Locations, Quantities, and Sizes of Materials Required
Able to Identify all Tools Required for Tasks
Identify Safety Risks and the Precautions Required to Eliminate those Risks
Able to Pass Drug Screen and Background Check
Have all Industrial Pipefitter Tools
Standard PPE including Steel Toe Boots
Comfortable Working at Heights
