Joshuas Restaurant & Lounge Line Cook in Port Angeles, Washington

Duties: * Control costs & plans meals, using recipes & standards provided.  * Prep ingredients by slicing, cutting, chopping, mixing, adding seasonings, refrigerating adhering to codes * Cooks ingredients into visually appealing meals, verifying proper temperature is achieved as well as taste. * Maintain a sanitary kitchen. * Checks inventory stock; anticipate needs and communicating.  * Follows equipment operational instructions; calling for repairs as needed.   Qualifications: Effective Communication, Dependability, Productivity, Attendance, Emotional Control, Flexibility, Handles Pressure
