The Polson Turnage, Mercer & Wall law firm is seeking a full time or part time Legal Assistant. Experience in probates, wills and estates; personal injury; real estate; adoptions, guardianships, and conservatorships; civil litigation; personal injury and medical malpractice; and/or misdemeanor criminal matters preferred. Excellent writing, communication and computer skills; ability to organize files; management of court and case calendars; and client billing skills a necessity. Salary starts at $17 per hour. Higher wage is dependent upon experience. Part-time or full-time schedules will be considered. Bonuses available based on performance.
