Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in EMEA region!

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead responsible for overseeing Blue Collar hiring for our Client, a global science and technology innovator committed to helping customers solve complex challenges and improving quality of life around the world. This individual will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Blue Collar hiring across regions including Germany, Poland, Denmark, Netherlands, and UKI. Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage. The role also encompasses approximately 20% responsibility in managing recruitment coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Blue Collar hiring processes for the Client in the designated regions.

  • Act as an SME and provide strategic guidance on Blue Collar recruitment.

  • Also actively involved in blue collar hiring.

  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with regional regulations and company standards.

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruitment coordinators, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand and meet hiring needs.

  • Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Blue Collar recruitment, preferably in a multi-regional capacity.

  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices and employment laws in Germany, Poland, Denmark, Netherlands, and UKI.

  • Excellent communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable.

  • Experience in team management and ability to lead and inspire recruitment coordinators.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with various recruiting technologies and platforms.
