Are you a finance professional with a passion for enhancing and streamlining Accounts Payable processes? CBRE, the global leader in real estate services, is looking for a dedicated P2P Processes Manager to revolutionize our Finance department.
By leveraging your expertise, you will design, develop, and refine financial processes, ensuring they are efficient and optimized for our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Design & Improvement: Lead and conceptualize the design of innovative processes that support our Finance organization. Utilize your critical eye to analyze and enhance existing workflows and recommend improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, document current processes, and identify bottlenecks and pain points.
Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, documenting procedures, protocols, decision points, and approval levels.
Innovative Solutions: Propose and implement process improvements such as waste elimination, automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and centralization efforts.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any process-related issues, ensuring they do not recur.
Training & Documentation: Identify training needs and deliver comprehensive documentation to support process changes.
IT Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to guide and specify financial system enhancements required for process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in finance, with experience in project scope development, programming, conceptual design, and financial regulatory compliance being advantageous.
Certifications: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Finance (4+ years), Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Visio. Experience with Business Optix or similar process documentation tools is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of accounting practices, particularly in Record to Report (RTR) areas, and financial systems/processes.
Additional Skills:
Strong project management capabilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and leads by example.
