Genisys Technologies Inc. has an opening for the position of DevOps Engineer (Ref# DE326SB). Work Location: 3545 Plymouth Blvd. Suite 115, Plymouth, MN 55447. Job Duties: Responsible for DevOps automation practices that drive software development, build and release management, and deployment processes. Implement delivery and release engineering and DevOps processes and standards. Develop proof of concepts for technical solutions. Bridge development and operations team in automating environment configurations, deployments, and release aspects. Implement standardized deployment automation processes and procedures. Discover, investigate, and resolve build and deployment problems as required. Setup CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) pipeline. Implement Ansible to manage all existing servers and automate the build/configuration of new servers. Develop Ansible playbooks for deploying packages. Develop automation scripts for smooth deployment using Ansible. Responsible for configuration and management of multiple servers. Set up Maven build phases and goals. Perform Shell scripting to automate tasks. Document all infrastructures into version control. Participate in regular Scrum meetings. Provide support for critical deployment problems and issues. Use of Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Maven, GIT, AWS, Azure, Linux, and Windows. Requirements: This position requires a Master s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, Jenkins, Maven, and AWS. 40hrs/week.
