WHAT YOU'LL DO: This position has primary and secondary duties for the administration of the credit union's Collateral Protection Insurance program (CPI) and centralized collateral lien perfection program. Utilize the resources available to problem solve and recommend changes as directed by Collateral Protection Servicing Manager and SVP/Director of Loan Servicing. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Availability to work 40 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, at our Plymouth Corporate Office; non-exempt. In addition: High school diploma or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of related financial experience, including knowledge of lending insurance products and title tracking. Lending document knowledge and loan reconciliation experience, preferred. Previous vehicle title and collateral protection insurance experience, preferred. PC experience including a general working knowledge of Focus, Microsoft Office, Internet, and e-mail equivalents. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to generate professional correspondence through mail. Ability to define problems and apply appropriate remedies. Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions, as well as, deal with abstract and concrete variables. Ability to work independently while displaying initiative and good decision-making skills. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure. Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks. Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace. WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive pay and incentive programs for all positions.
