Role: Energy Sales Consultant Location: Remote Type: W2 Contract (12+ months)

About the Role: We are looking for passionate and results-driven sales professionals to join our team as Energy Sales Consultants. If you have a strong background in solar energy, EV charging solutions, or energy-related sales, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in the clean energy space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Clean Energy Adoption: Use your sales expertise to identify prospects, present compelling solutions, and close deals. You'll help homeowners adopt modern, sustainable technologies that reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs.
• Educate & Advise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our home energy products and services. Provide clients with insights into energy savings, environmental impact, and long-term value.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong client relationships and support customers throughout their journey. Your role goes beyond sales---you'll act as a trusted advisor focused on long-term satisfaction.
• Consultative Selling: Tailor each interaction to the client's needs, offering customized recommendations that deliver the best results for their home and lifestyle.

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in solar, EV charging, residential energy solutions, or similar clean energy sectors.
• Clean Energy Passion: A genuine interest in renewable energy and a desire to be part of the movement driving sustainability.
• Self-Starter: Able to work independently in a remote environment, stay organized, and manage leads effectively.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized: Proficient with CRM tools and skilled at keeping detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity.
