What you'll do

As the Configuration Analyst for  (a Shyft Group Brand) based at our R&D facility in , you will be responsible for maintaining and continually improving Blue Arc's Sales Order Configurator Tool, our online software tool that allows customers to select their vehicle model, base features, and option packages for quoting and ordering purposes.

Additionally, you will be instrumental for configuring and maintaining the new models, base features, and options within our engineering configuration tool (Team Center).

You will also: Support the development and launch of the on-line Sales Order Configurator Create and maintain the configuration rules within Team Center Configurator in partnership with Engineering for all vehicle models, base features, and options Review and test all new vehicle models and options in the Sales Order Configurator prior to their release Define and management the model, feature, and option numbers for new products Ensure accuracy of all information and selections and identify improvements Complete administrative tasks for including user account set up, post order set up, and roles Benchmark similar offerings within the market Provide end-user support and training to the Sales Team and Dealers Monitor product costs to ensure accuracy and coordinate pricing adjustments in partnership with Finance Collaborate with Product Development to develop, refine, and document the process for establishing rules within the Team Center Configurator Maintain vehicle specifications within the Sales Configurator Tool - GVWR and Dimensions Participating in engineering change meetings, design reviews, and program team meetings Provide training for new hires and existing personnel Learn More about  and  by exploring the Learn More section below. What you need to be successful

Associate's or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent number of software configuration experience in lieu of a degree Three or more years of expertise in a data administration, BOM Management or a similar role (Preferred) Understanding of ECN process, change management, and part structuring in BoM's Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly solid Excel experience utilizing complex spreadsheets Experience with Team Center and Plex ERP (Preferred) Learn More The content below is exclusively available on our careers site job description: The Shyft Group
