Seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator in Pleasanton, CA!
Onsite Location: 4460 Hacienda Dr., Pleasanton, CA 94588
*Must be able to commute to office location a few days per week
salary: $23 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Processing of AP invoices, expense reports, check requests and other transactions as needed.
Complete monthly journals and assist with month end closing tasks.
Assists in the maintenance of accounts, records and financial reporting.
Compiles and analyzes routine financial information to prepare reports.
Coordinates accounting matters with other departments, locations, and divisions
