Aerotek Shipping And Receiving Clerk - Direct Hire in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

Aerotek is hiring immediately for 1st shift shipping roles - Direct Hire Opportunity

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate sit-down forklift and overhead crane to move raw and finished steel parts.

  • Load and unload trailers.

  • Update the SAP system with shipping and receiving data.

  • Handle FedEx and UPS shipments.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.

  • 2+ years of sit-down forklift and overhead crane experience.

  • 2+ years of experience working with SAP, FedEx, and UPS.

Shift Schedule:

1st shift is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.

Medical – Blue Cross Blue Shield – We offer a PPO plan which includes $30 PCP / $50 Specialist for In Network services. Deductible for In Network services is $1,500 individual / $3,000 Family. Spouses are not eligible for Zapp medical benefits if they are able to obtain coverage through their own employer.

Dental – Delta Dental – We have annual maximum up to $2,000. Oral examinations up to twice per year covered at 100%.

Employee $0.41

Cost is based on age of employee and amount of coverage.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Employee can save money on eligible health care and dependent care expenses for you and your family.

Health Care – is used to pay for eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses not covered by insurance. You can contribute up to $3,300 for the plan year.

Dependent Care – is used to pay for eligible child or elder care expenses including daycare, before / after school care and summer day camp. You can contribute up to $5,000 for the plan year.

Critical Illness - Prudential

Provides a lump-sum cash benefit upon diagnosis of a critical illness like a heart attack, stroke, or cancer. Benefit can be used to pay out-of-pocket expenses or to supplement your daily cost of living.

Minimum $5,000 $5,000 Any multiple of $1,250

Maximum $40,000 100% of employee's Principal CI Sum, up to $40,000 25% of employee's Principal CI Sum, up to $10,000

Company Paid Benefits

 Basic Life insurance up to one time your annual salary with a maximum of $100,000.

 Long Term Disability

401(k) Plan – Fidelity

Our plan does have a company match. Currently up to 4% when employee contributes 8%.

Holidays – We observe 11 holidays per calendar year. We are typically closed during Christmas and New Years.

Vacation - First year is 10 days of vacation pro-rated based on when you start. January 1st after your hire date employee will receive 10 days of vacation time to use during the calendar year. Vacation can not be carried over or paid out at the end of the year. If you don’t use it you will lose it.

Sick – Employee will receive 4 days (32 hours) for sick time to use in the calendar year. In the first year the 32 hours will be pro-rated based on hire date. Any unused sick time will be paid out in January of the following year.
