JPMorgan Chase Sales and Business Enablement - Business Management, Vice President in Plano, Texas

Join the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI) Sales and Business Enablement Business Management team to support the Head of Sales Enablement and Marketing with end-to-end execution of their objectives 1) Increasing Sales Productivity, 2) Simplify and Optimize Sales Platform and processes, 3)Support New Business Growth 4)Marketing. The team resides within the MMBSI Finance & Business Management organization. Activities of business managers are highly diverse, impactful and include exposure to Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries senior management and other lines of business and functions.

As the Vice President supporting the Sales and Business Enablement team, you will be responsible to closely partner with other teams such as Digital, Data & Product, Product, Technology, Marketing, Strategy and Core Business Management to drive various projects and programs aligned to above stated objectives. You will manage junior resources in Sales & Business Enablement Business Management team.

Job responsibilities

  • Support strategy development initiatives, in collaboration with product / sales managers and cross-functional / line of business stakeholders, to enhance sales model/effectiveness, product offering, and competitiveness.

  • Develop presentations and executive material to analyze and articulate performance, competitive positioning, and market opportunities

  • Manage programs/initiatives that drive targeting and lead generation efforts

  • Maintain governance and oversight of MMBSI's internal feedback initiative

  • Build and maintain key education and enablement resources for the sales organization including process guides and trainings

  • Drive efficiencies and automation to streamline efforts (i.e. utilize strategic data solutions such as QlikSense Dashboards myIQ, Salesforce), including working with product groups on requirements

  • Perform bespoke / ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and diagnose performance

  • Manage and develop junior-level employees on the team

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Management, Project Management, Sales Enablement or Chief of Staff in the financial services industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area

  • Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, leveraging versatile skillset to identify and recommend ways to address issues with performance, strategy, and organizational effectiveness

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of a highly complex organization.

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with high degree of independence

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with business intelligence & visualization tools and analytics experience strongly preferred (including Salesforce)
