TAM was recently awarded NAA's Top Employer for 2022! We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be completing work orders, make ready apartments and other required tasks. Must be HVAC/EPA Certified and have a valid Driver's License. Responsibilities: • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion • Estimate time and extent of repairs • Perform routine preventive maintenance • Maintain material and supply inventory • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Qualifications: • Previous experience in apartment maintenance required • Must be HVAC certified • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload • Deadline and detail-oriented • Must have reliable transportation • Have experience with chillers Benefits: Associates who are regularly scheduled for and work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for company-sponsored benefits the 1st day of the month, following completion of 30 continuous days of employment.
