Luminator is seeking an IT System Administrator who will be responsible for Global IT Infrastructure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor existing infrastructure focusing on network technology, security and systems availability
Collaborate with internal departments to define new requirements for the IT landscape, design solutions and accompany the implementation up to the implementation stage
Support the integration of the worldwide distributed locations IT infrastructure
Provide support in the event of inquiries and malfunctions
Troubleshoot and create transparent IT service agreements
Provide expert level customer service in a friendly and timely manner

Application management, IT service management and project management are among your strenghts
Knowledge of PC hardware components, desktop operating system and software package management
Knoledge of networking, VLAN, LAN and distributed WAN infrastructure
Knowledge on Windows Server and virtualization
Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and Office365
Knowledgeon Cisco ASA & FirePower
Knowledge on Sophos UTM & XG
Knowledge on cyber security tools set
Ability to travel as needed to address IT issues at our locations
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Excellent communication skills
Independent and self-reliant work ethic and a distinct service mentality
Commitment, discipline, appreciation and respect are firmly anchored in you
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a systems admin role
Microsoft and/or Cisco Certified Professional is a plus
