Job Summary
Oversee clinical compliance for the Cardiovascular region. Develop and enforce programs to align with organization priorities. Navigate regulatory changes. Collaborate with management, clinicians, and legal teams to address compliance issues.
Essential Functions of the Role
You oversee clinical compliance tasks. Ensure hospitals meet standards.
Prepare for surveys, evaluate policies, and share knowledge on standards and regulations.
You will create assessment tools and ensure compliance with CMS regulations by suggesting actions for ongoing compliance.
Apart from your regular duties, you'll also write responses and plan corrective actions based on recommendations from regulatory bodies.
Key Success Factors
Knowledge of healthcare policies, rules, benchmarks, and guidelines is essential to succeed in this position.
Potential candidates should excel in problem-solving and possess exceptional thinking skills, as well as exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Preferential candidates will have previous experience in a significant role within a large healthcare organization.
Master's degree preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
Three (3) years of experience
A license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required
