Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our hub in Plainville. We are a transportation company hiring immediately for a Student Monitor. Ideal candidate will be monitoring children ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade. We need someone that's observant and responsible. You will also be attending children with special needs. The position is an immediate hire so we are looking for someone that's ready to take on the position. Responsibilities: ? Monitoring children, and children with special needs. ? Helping students into child booster seats. ? Interacting with students to keep them calm during transport. Working hours are split shift with morning hours ranging from 6-10am, and afternoon hours ranging from 1-5pm with some flexibility as needed. Candidates can get 25-35 hours per week depending on their availability. Train to be a V endorsed Driver and make more money. Our company will train monitors to be drivers to get the required V endorsement on their license and get a medical examination that is needed to get the endorsement. To do this, not only do you have to be 21 but have had a CT driver license for 3 years and you must be drug free. This is a requirement to be hired as a monitor but is an option if you decide to advance your career in the transportation industry.
