Job Title: Logistics Associate
Job Description
This position is a fundamental 'warehouse 101' role. The employee will be responsible for tracking inventory, printing pick sheets, picking orders, printing labels, labeling products, and repeating these processes. Basic warehouse duties will be managed without the need for forklift operation.
Responsibilities
Move merchandise from the stockroom to the floor on a timely basis
Ensure products are received, processed, and displayed in the system (SAP or Oracle)
Take inventory, identify low inventory items, and track backorders
Inspect and verify received shipments
Update paper or electronic stock records
Essential Skills
Ability to repeatedly lift heavy items and to walk or stand for the duration of shift
2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
Experience with an ERP or WMS system to track inventory or orders
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Forklift experience
SAP or Oracle ERP experience
Order picking experience

Work Environment
This is a large Distribution Center (DC) environment with a first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Plainfield, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
