ADP Sales District Manager in POL - PL Home Office, Poland

Due to the dynamic development of our structures, we are looking for people for the position:

Sales District Manager

The goal of the position: To our team we are looking for a person who has successful sales in the B2B area, contacts with a business client are everyday for her, and building long-term relationships and establishing cooperation comes easily.

The main tasks in this position will include:

  • active acquisition and building relationships with clients employing up to 1000 employees,

  • preparing offers and conducting trade negotiations,

  • participation in marketing events and industry events.

  • supporting the team and constant cooperation with other Company departments.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • has several years of experience in sales / B2B contacts, has natural predispositions and can boast professional successes,

  • communicates freely in English (B2 / C1 level),

  • is characterized by efficiency in action and is goal-oriented,

  • he learns quickly, is enterprising and can conduct business negotiations,

  • freely supports the computer, in particular the MS Office package,

  • can act independently, but at the same time is focused on cooperation,

  • it is open, positively oriented and characterized by energy in action,

  • knowledge of hard HR issues is welcome.
