Cleveland Brothers Eastern Regional Petroleum Operations Manager in Pittston, Pennsylvania

We're seeking an Operations Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of petroleum management within the Northeast PA territory. Position Summary: The primary focus of the Regional Petroleum Operations Manager is to oversee the daily operational activities and supervise all petroleum service operations of multiple company branches. In this role, you will work closely with the service team to deliver exceptional customer service, enhance profitability, optimize work, shop and staff productivity, and continually invest in the team's development. The primary market segments supported by the petroleum operations manager will be well servicing, well drilling, and natural gas compression. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the entirety of the Cleveland Brother's Petroleum Product Support Operations, supervising petroleum service supervisors responsible for the daily monitoring of all service activities and related personnel. Analyze and plan activities to meet customer needs and maintain cost efficiencies; Interface with petroleum service supervisors to assist and resolve customer related conflicts (billing, equipment repairs, warranty, etc.); Travel to all Cleveland Brothers branches with petroleum systems operations, visit customer job sites, meet with customers and evaluate equipment needs; Assist as required with Inside Sales Rep's to evaluate repair appraisals and the timing of repairs; Review internal and external matters involving operations and expenses; Prepare and submit documents and reports related to department activities; Monitor the repair process with petroleum service supervisors for productivity, quality, and timeliness of repairs; Communicate with manufacturer's representatives and maintain supplier relations; Work with petroleum service supervisors and assist in the development and maintenance of a technician career development plan; Analyze and resolve regional or branch specific petroleum conflicts; and Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional / technical experience. The preferred candidate will also have a thorough understanding of petroleum equipment, petroleum applications and product support (diesel and natural gas generator sets, gas compressor systems, fluid ends, transmissions, mist pumps, mud pump, fracking units, dynamic gas blending units, etc.). Comprehensive experience with electrical and mechanical repair procedures. Knowledge and an understanding of working with a collective bargaining agreement. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication in order to motivate, organize, and supervise personnel involved in providing customer support services. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and requests from numerous sources, balancing conflicting priorities. High energy level, excellent organizational, time management and negotiating skills. Working knowledge of PC based computer software programs. A working knowledge of computer applications in a Windows based environment is essential. The preferred candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair procedures and parts applications utilized in petroleum applications or an equivalent combination of training and experience acceptable to the Company.
