Description We are seeking a Sr. Accountant to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of accounting and financial tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. This role is within the accounting industry and presents a great opportunity for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Keep customer credit records updated and accurate

• Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required

• Carry out account reconciliation tasks as part of the role

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Perform bank reconciliations as part of the accounting process

• Manage the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate

• Prepare journal entries as part of the monthly close process

• Use Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Must possess proficiency in account reconciliation

• Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliation is required

• Expertise in conducting bank reconciliations is essential

• Should have a strong understanding of the general ledger

• Must be capable of creating and managing journal entries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory

• Experience in conducting month-end close processes is necessary

• Knowledge of NetSuite is a strong advantage

• Proficiency in Oracle is highly desirable

• SAP skills are essential for this role
