FEDERATED HERMES, INC. Senior Procurement Analyst -- Technology Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Hybrid Location (office/remote)
Federated Hermes, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst at our Pittsburgh headquarters. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the purchase of technology products and services. Responsibilities will also include the facilitation of contracts and agreements and obtaining quotes and bids from vendors.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate the processing of technology-related contracts and various agreements such as software/licensing agreements, maintenance agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, SAS/hosting agreements, Statement of Work, and service level agreements with legal and the respective business area(s).
- Submit contracts to legal for review.
- Negotiate with vendor and legal, as needed.
- Edit non-legal language in contracts.
- Plan, purchase, and schedule delivery of goods and services.
- Request quotes from vendors for technology-related products and services.
- Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process specializing in technology.
- Create, track, and coordinate receipt of technology-related purchase orders.
- Process technology-related invoices.
The Expertise We are Looking For
- High School Diploma required, Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a purchasing/procurement related position with experience purchasing technology products and services.
- Knowledge of technology contractual language required.
Negotiation experience related to technology products and services contracts preferred.
