Our Residential Care Advisors play a vital role in supporting adults with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Serious Mental Illness in our residential treatment programs.

Assist residents with daily living tasks while also helping to foster independence, well-being, and community engagement. While day-to-day responsibilities that ensure resident health and safety are essential, this position also provides meaningful opportunities to build relationships and enrich the lives of residents through social activities—both on-site and in the community.

We’re looking for individuals who bring experience in mentoring teams , value a strengths-based, person-centered approach , and utilize positive, proactive practices to guide their work. Staff are encouraged to engage residents in community outings, shopping trips, and activities that promote socialization and personal development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and 1 year of direct care experience.

  • Valid Driver license

  • Ability to drive an organizational vehicle
