React Developer

Front end developer responsible for UX/UI and code design and implementing user interface components for applications using the React open-source library. They will work closely with back-end developers and product managers to create robust, high-quality, and scalable applications. The React Developer is responsible for building and maintaining modern, responsive web applications using the React JavaScript library. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating high-performance web applications and will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users. Key Responsibilities: Developing New User-Facing Features: Design professional UX/UI mockups using FIGMA or other tools. Develop and implement user interface components using React.js. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Building Reusable Components and Front-End Libraries: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Optimize components for maximum performance across various web-capable devices and browsers. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product managers, and back-end developers to implement versatile front-end solutions. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Optimizing Applications for Performance: Monitor and improve front-end performance. Identify performance bottlenecks and come up with novel ways to solve them. Staying Updated with New Technologies: Please keep an eye on the latest industry trends in web development and React practices. Proven work experience as a React Developer. Experience with popular React.js workflows. Experience with front-end development tools. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git. Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to details and ensure the quality of the final product. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Summary

Leads the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and maintenance of complex websites and software at an expert level. Provides leadership in documenting team development and maintenance efforts. Leads team efforts and assists in the process of integrating assigned work with other application/system components and designs and performs functional testing.

Physical Effort

Duties are primarily sedentary. Light to no physical effort. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. May require lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 pounds.
