REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s Degree in Social Services and one year of related social service experience.

  • Act 33/34/73 Clearances

  • Valid Driver’s license

  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle

  • Pre-employment physical/TB/Hep B screening

  • Pre-employment drug screening

WORK SCHEDULE: This is an Exempt (salary) position

  • Full Time 37.5 hour work week. Can be - (4) 10 hour days to meet the needs of the staff in a 24 hour program. Work schedule may vary according to program need and needs of persons served.

  • Will provide rotating paid on-call duties ($50/day).

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • The ideal candidate has to wear many hats daily: communications expert, conflict resolutions master, and organizational guru.

  • Responsible for staffing/staff training, internal and external relationship building, and ongoing operations!

  • Will oversee Counselors, Lead Counselors, Casual pool, Direct Support Professionals, & nursing positions

  • Will provide direct service to seriously and persistently mentally ill adults.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all Counselors provide the persons served therapeutic rehabilitative services, including personal, healthcare, nutrition, interpersonal skills, time-structuring, money-management and development of individual treatment plans.
