You are responsible for

  • Provide coaching to new patients regarding how to effectively use their pap machine and achieve compliance. Proactively outreach to clinician to provide escalation on patients who are failing to achieve compliance.

  • Conduct proactive outreach to patients

  • The incumbent will be trained to be knowledgeable on pap devices, to include supplementary equipment. Be able to troubleshoot minor issues with devices as well as non-clinical issues with the patients.

  • The incumbent will be trained to be knowledgeable on sleep therapy and issues with therapy.

  • The incumbent needs to be compassionate, patient and caring with the patients they speak with and also able to meet the goals of the initiative they are working on as well as complete a satisfactory amount of quality calls per day/week/month.

  • The incumbent will be required to make outgoing calls to patients, the only incoming calls to answer are when a patient is returning a call.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum of High School Diploma required. Post High School courses/education preferred.

  • Experience providing customer service, preferable over the phone which included the ability to show empathy and patience while accomplishing the goal of the call.

  • Experience navigating through web based applications

  • Knowledge of commonly used concept, practices, and procedure within the Customer Service Field

  • Proven problem solving and follow up skills

  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office products

  • Attention to detail and quality required

  • Demonstrated self-started, excellent interpersonal skills and creative problem solving skills
