Tocayo Taqueria & Tequila General Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Coordinates kitchen, office, and food production activities. Ensures compliance with governmental and accrediting agencies' regulations; Monitors health and fire regulations' compliance, building maintenance in lodging, dining facilities. Coordinates activities to improve performance of kitchen and bar services, customer care and satisfaction. Following established HR policies, coordinates hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, promoting, disciplining, and discharging employees. Develops menus ensuring high-quality products are delivered in a cost-effective manner. Assists with budgets. Schedules, receives deliveries, checks contents, verifies quality and quantity. Monitors activities to ensure liquor regulations are obeyed; Resolves food quality, service, or accommodations complaints; Oversees food truck calendar, repairs, and employees, including cooks, food preparers, cashiers, and other employees. Purchases supplies. Requirements: No degree required. 1-year managerial experience. Experience in food service environment, customer service, food truck management, scheduling and coordinating events; Experience with: (from any completed university-level coursework, seminars, workshops, or real-world, hands-on experience) human resources administration knowledge; Ramp Certification required; Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays; Travel not required but driver's license is required as some events might take place in other locations within the same metropolitan.
