DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Retail Associate -- IMPACT: As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a quality shopping experience through meeting production standards, customer service and assistance while working as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping experience for our customers. You would also have the opportunity to see how every position in the store operates.

Duties include but are not limited to:  * Cashiering and Sales Floor Support  * Processing and Pricing Donations in both soft lines (clothing and linens) and hardlines, (housewares items)  * Assisting customers at the Donation Door which includes material handling, pre-sorting and movement of freight

External Hiring Range: $8.50/Hour (paid training program)

Schedule: Flexible schedule, hours will vary over 7 days. (5 hours a day / 25 hours a week)

Various Retail Locations Available:  * North Hills, Banksville, South Side, Robinson, West Mifflin, Murrysville, Monroeville, Centre Avenue, Penn Hills, Natrona, Gibsonia, Lawrenceville, North Versailles (Outlet), Heidelberg, and Monroeville Pop-Up Outlet

Travel Required:  No

Qualifications:  * No education or experience required, will train the right person for the job!  * Between the ages of 17-24 years of age and WIOA eligible.  * Reside within Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
