What you’ll do:
Fully responsible for plant operation management, result-driven and achieve annual targets.
Promote a safe, healthy and efficient production environment and good control of product quality.
Timely respond to abnormal operation situations, and coordinate internal and external resources to track and solve problems.
Continuous improvement of plant operation system, process, site management, etc., and strict control of operation costs.
Develop and build a team of operation management talents to continuously improve plant production capacity and operation management capabilities.

JD:
全面管理平顶山工厂的运营工作，对运营结果负责，达成年度目标；
全面推动安全、健康、高效生产环境，管控产品质量；
及时对运营异常做出反应，并协调内外部资源跟踪和解决问题；
持续改善工厂运营体系、流程、现场管理等，严格管控运营成本；
培育和建设运营管理人才梯队，持续提升工厂的产能和运营管理能力。
Qualifications:
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of manufacturing operation management experience.
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，10年以上制造业运营管理经验；
Skills:
Familiar with manufacturing plant operation process and quality management, good at planning.
Experience in leading organizational change, process improvement or lean improvement projects.
Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, clear mindset, innovation and willing to change.
Proficient in English reading and writing.
熟悉制造工厂运营流程和品质管理，善于规划；
有主导组织变革、流程改善或精益改善项目的经验；
正直，责任心强，思路清晰，勇于创新和改变；
英语读写熟练。
