Receives incoming calls and provides requested information or refers to appropriate resource. Assists in the setup and maintenance of applicant tracking system. Assists in providing written correspondence to applicants. Assist the recruitment staff with routine reference checks. Provide assistance to recruiters in coordinating interview agendas and assist with the facilitation of the interview process, including transportation to interview appointments at all FirstHealth locations. Assist with corporate orientation, nursing orientation and student/faculty orientation as requested. Creates applicant and/or position specific files as requested per recruiters. Assists recruitment staff in purging candidate files as needed. Updates position postings as requested. Responsible for assisting with criminal background checks, I-9 documentation/forms, E-Verify, driver's license checks, OIG, EPLS, National Foreign Exclusion List verifications, National Sex Offenders checks as requested. Responsible for onboarding/data entry of new hire employee information. High school graduate plus three to four years secretarial/administrative office experience required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Allied Health or related area preferred. Experience in recruitment or human resources required. Experience with online application systems preferred. Valid NC Drivers License with good driving record. Experience with data entry required.
