First Health of the Carolinas Patient Care Assistant ( NA I or NA II Required) in Pinehurst, North Carolina
Education and Experience + CNA 1 is required, CNA 2 preferred + PCA will achieve competency in four (4) additional skills will be trained as / if needed: 1. I.V fluid – assistive activities 2. Set up tubing – with flush fluids only, 3. monitor flowrates 4. Site care / dressing change as needed 5. Discontinue peripheral IV infusions and catheter 6. Urinary catheters and external catheters 7. Insertion (with a wing man) and application 8. Removal 9. Wound Care 10. wounds must be greater than 48 hours 11. sterile dressing change 12. wound irrigation Care Transformed.
