Eaton Corporation Operations Finance Lead Analyst - Golf Pride in Pinehurst, North Carolina

Golf Pride is currently seeking a Operations Finance Lead Analyst - Golf Pride. This role is located in Pinehurst, NC. Relocation is provided for this opportunity within the United States.

The Operations Finance Lead Analyst will be a key member of the Golf Pride Finance organization. This role will support the Global business across all regions and partner with the Operations and Commercial leadership to provide proactive, insightful analytics enabling the business to achieve its strategic growth goals.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $91500.03 - $134200.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What you’ll do:

This individual will serve as a key stakeholder for our Operations and Commercial teams, providing analysis on cost drivers, manufacturing efficiencies, and identifying new opportunities to improve manufacturing productivity.

  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics related to operations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drive accountability for results and define key performance metrics together with business leaders.

  • Partner with the Product Line Owners and Channel Leaders acting as the Finance subject matter expert to help build business cases, monitor/improve profitability, and provide data-driven scenario analysis.

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support operational and commercial decision-making.

  • Manage the full process of updating our Virtual P&Ls to provide detailed business snapshots to the Senior Leadership Team and key Product & Channel Stakeholders.

  • Lead the end-to-end Std Cost process for the business, including driving improvements in the Annual Cost Roll process, continuing standardization across all sites, improving the accuracy of our std costs, and utilizing these to build new reporting capabilities.

  • Work closely with the Global Operations team, particularly the Procurement, Continuous Improvement, and SCM teams, to develop action plans, strategies, and initiatives based on financial insights.

  • Manage multiple areas of Manufacturing and Support Cost forecasting monthly.

  • Create financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on operational performance. Utilize these models to offer proactive solutions based on various scenarios to leadership.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate performance against targets.

  • Responsible for multiple aspects of the Annual Profit Planning cycle, in particular, alignment and validation of Manufacturing Variance calculations across the business, assurance of accurate and reasonable Cost Savings (correctly reflected across the P&L), and alignment on Support Cost budgets across functions.

  • Support the consolidation of the monthly Financial Model for the SIOP cycle, identifying disconnects and providing recommendations to mitigate any identified risks to the financial forecast.

  • Provide indirect leadership and mentorship to Division Finance team members. Show strong agility in supporting ongoing changes to the Golf Pride Finance function as part of Eaton's Finance Transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting within a manufacturing environment.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA/CMA/MBA

  • Experience supporting Operations and Commercial functions.

  • Previous experience in business level planning and reporting activities including monthly results, rolling forecast, profit planning, strategic planning, and operating review requirements for a top tier organization, P&L, or relevant business unit.

  • Experience with data analytics and analyzing complex datasets (PowerBI)

  • Experience in providing analysis, recommendations, and communication to senior leadership.
