Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty Pharmacy
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy. Post-graduate pharmacy residency or equivalent pharmacy experience required. Currently licensed by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
Candidate must exhibit:
-Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
-Excellent customer service and communication skills (patient counseling; interaction with other care team members).
-Support of FirstHealth quality initiatives surrounding the care of patients
Specialty pharmacy and/or ambulatory experience preferred including working with patients with complex and rare medical conditions especially in the Infectious Disease and/or Oncology realms. CSP (Certified Specialty Pharmacist) designation preferred; if currently not, then a requirement post hire when appropriate.
Experience with Epic electronic medical record, Rx30 pharmacy system, and Asembia patient therapy manager preferred.
