General Motors Test and Learn Program Strategy Lead in Pierre, South Dakota

Job Description

Work Arrangement

This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of (Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View), you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

The Role

The Test & Learn Program Strategy, Marketing Applied Science, is responsible for the coordination, standardization, and adoption of Test & Learn initiatives across marketing, while capturing best practices and ensuring program governance and framework scalability. This individual will engage with cross-functional teams (direct/indirect teams), to coordinate and lead key forums, and approvals, and track campaigns from planning thru measurement, while ensuring clear communication and alignment between stakeholders, executives, and leadership.

The ideal candidate for the role has a track record and proven ability to lead change, collaborate, and influence across functions, effectively prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is ideal. What You'll Do

  • Support development, prioritization and tracking of Marketing Test & Learn learning agendas, supportive of brand/enterprise priorities and goals

  • Coordination and standardization of marketing Test & Learn roadmaps while facilitatingtesting backlog, across brands/business units.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities, design experiments, analyze results, and scale successful initiatives

  • Lead key forums, ensuring support and collaboration across direct and indirect teams; cross-functional teams, vendor stakeholders.

  • Support orchestrationand rollout of communication strategy, key templates, resources, processes, and operations to continuously support the testing framework

  • Capture and implement best practices and governance to drive a culture of experimentation

  • Implement process improvements and facilitate communication across teams

  • Influence adoption and able to collaborate across a wide range of constituents across functions and organizational levels

Additional Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

  • 5+ years of strategy, project management, or other relevant experience  

  • Demonstrated experience in the eCommerce and/or subscription services industry

  • Strong understanding of online retail business models and subscription-based revenue streams preferred

  • Expertiseusing enterprise-level project management software to plan, track, and report on complex initiatives

  • Ability to articulate technical requirements for tool development

  • Experience and understanding of testing methodologies and toolsare preferred

  • Ability to analyze and interpret test results and data sets to make recommendations preferred

  • High level of organizational skills, time management and prioritization

  • Energetic, self-motivatedand curious individual who can push thru ambiguity & embrace challenges with enthusiasm and determinationExcellent written, presentation and oral communication skills

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in marketing is preferred.

  • Experience in campaign optimization and strategic testing is preferred.

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

  • The salary range for this role is $83,800 - $133,900. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
