About the role

As a CBRE Operations Management Analyst, you will provide routine day-to-day operations and administrative support. You will manage all vendor work order activity in the Corrigo platform and generate daily open order reports for open/late work order/vendor management follow up.

What you'll do

  • Provides necessary communications to vendors, client, management on work order issues. Documents all necessary vendor information in work order. Follows-up to ensure open issues are resolved. Assists in preparing user reference material.

  • Actively identifies vendor inefficacies, provides solution-based feedback to management.

  • Corresponds daily with vendors to keep them aware of their time frame commitments. Communications, tracks, documents/archives all follow-up activity, meeting the program and client’s compliancy requirements.

  • Responds to client inquires and concerns. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients. Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate budget preparation. Research and collect input from multiple resources.

  • Review monthly department budget reports to maintain expense controls. Prepare commentary and explanation of variances for management review.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.

  • Track department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

  • Compile a variety of operating, financial, and statistical information reports. Gather information for periodic updates relative to project resources and fiscal plans.

  • Assist with developing project plans and costs. This includes personnel and fiscal requirements to achieve defined objectives.

  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. A basic to intermediate level of Excel knowledge is required to be successful in this position. PowerPoint experience preferred.

  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Ops Mgmt Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Ops Mgmt Analyst position is $72,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
