Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations, Customer Growth
Location: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous United States
Compensation: Anticipated compensation for this position is $111-130k* split 80/20 between base/variable pay.
Job Summary
FranklinCovey is seeking a manager of revenue operations and strategy for our customer growth and expansion business. This role will partner and support our Director of Revenue Operations of Customer Growth and our Sr. Director of Customer Success. The position will co-own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, manage our operational investments in an effort to maximize the returns of the respective business. The person best suited for this role is a business generalist comfortable with both high-level strategy and flawless execution.
Essential Job Functions
Support the annual sales planning process which includes, but is not limited to: forecasting the following fiscal years bookings, developing the GTM strategy, managing key investment & headcount strategy, territory carving & account loads, quota creation, and compensation plan development
Support the weekly forecasting process. Develop a forecasting methodology and create our the department’s forecasting process and procedure. Facilitate weekly forecasting calls with the executive team. Identify risk and opportunity to the financial plan.
Own key business unit initiatives to help FranklinCovey’s enterprise division accelerate revenue generation and the growth of current customers
Support systems and technology recommendations to help drive greater sales efficiency and effectiveness
Measure the health of the business by identifying the right KPI’s, building a scalable way to measure and bring visibility to them. Own the quarterly business review process in your business and communicate back to the executive team
One third of this role will focus on our Client Success team, with the other two thirds supporting our Director of Revenue Operations, Customer Growth
Own, create, and scale sales process and procedure to enterprise grade levels
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of working experience in sales operations and forecasting, management consulting, or investment banking
Preferred Skills & Experience
3+ years working in high growth companies
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Executive level communication and presentation experience
Proven track record of building GTM strategies and the execution
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other Sales Platforms/Tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
